Account and Data Deletion

Dragonrift Ascension players can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data by contacting us at info@dragonriftascension.com.
Use the subject line: Dragonrift Ascension account deletion request.
What to Include
- The email address used for your Dragonrift Ascension account.
- Your display name if available.
- A clear request to delete your account and associated game data.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account identifiers connected to your Dragonrift Ascension account.
- Gameplay records connected to your account, including collection, Dragon balance, missions, pack history, marketplace history, and ranked records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- Optional analytics data where it can reasonably be associated with your account.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, accounting, dispute, or platform-integrity reasons. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
