Epic cards are used for high-impact cards for synergy-driven teams. The best choice is not always the rarest card; it is the card that improves your lineup, supports your battle plan, and gives duplicates a clear fusion purpose.
Epic cards should define a lane in your team. Build around the stat they win with and use lower-rarity cards to cover the exposed side.
Epic duplicates are scarcer, so fuse only after the card has proven its job across several battles instead of after one good pull.
Stacking multiple Epic specialists can create a lopsided team. Check the weakest stat before adding another high-impact card.
