Legendary cards are used for premium dragon cards with major roster impact. The best choice is not always the rarest card; it is the card that improves your lineup, supports your battle plan, and gives duplicates a clear fusion purpose.

Legendary fusion is short and expensive in copy terms. Save duplicates for cards you actually field in ranked or difficult practice matchups.
A Legendary card can hide a lineup problem for a while. If battles become inconsistent, inspect speed and defense before chasing another rare pull.
